Godfather
Ingredients:

1½ oz Scotch
¾ oz Amaretto

Pour ingredients over ice and serve. Some people like to try this with a Bourbon whiskey, but I think the combination comes out a little to sweet. My best recommendation would be to find a blended Scotch that has a very smokey character.

pleasantly surprised... by the Godfather (I assumed it would be too sweet) and by your blog. both are a good find...
